Check out these great trends in fabrics that I’m seeing as an interior designer plus other fun ideas!

Kravet fabric

The circular designs of the motif remind me of the Fourth of July because the radiating circles feel as though they’re pulsing outward off the fabric in a dance of their own.

Textile designs by Joscelyn Himes

The colors and designs in the fabrics above are absolutely stunning to behold in person because they have such incredible richness and lustre, plus they’re custom designed by one of our own local Kansas City textile designers.  Love it!

Fun fabric designs in organic and geometric

Don’t you just love the sea turtle motif and dragonflies? !  They’re part of fun collection by Duralee.

Designer fabrics

Aren’t the colors in these designer fabrics great?  Love the threaded motif on leather by Surburban Home, the luxurious hand of the rusty red Glant fabric, the rich animal motif of the Vervain fabric and the huge leaf motif by Manuel Canovas (back of fabric pictured).

Design by HGTV host Sarah Richardson

What a fun inexpensive idea for an entry!  I love the way the red doors command your attention as you step inside the entry.
