Regional Association of Realtors to Offer
Staging Homes for Resale Live Demo in Hopes of Boosting K.C.
Housing Sales on Thursday, March 29th
Overland Park, KS –Staging for
resale guru Karen Mills will do a live demonstration at the
Overland Park Convention Center to the 10,000 member Kansas
City Regional Association of Realtors for their annual Trade
Show. As keynote speaker for this year’s event, titled
“Year of the Extreme Professional”, Karen will teach
realtors how to successfully stage homes for resale to get better
profit and a quicker sale. Karen’s presentation on Thursday,
March 29th at 1pm will include a live staging for resale demo
where she will share her secrets to successful staging.
“When our realtor mentioned home
staging we were not impressed with the idea, however, the house
had been on the market almost three months at the time. We thought
what can we lose, we’ve had multiple showings and no offers.
We were very surprised at the small but awesome changes Karen
made, and it made such a huge difference. We had a contract
within two weeks. I was so impressed that I used some of her
